REGISTRATION PACKAGE RATES until October 25, 2011
- Pre-Summit Basic Leadership Workshop November 15 & 16—Trains leaders to establish new CHIP Chapters. Includes three meals (Tuesday supper through Wednesday lunch)
$50/person when combined with any Summit registration package below.
$100/person when registering for workshop only.
- 4-day package: $299/Spouse $269 — With 11 meals (Wednesday supper to Sunday breakfast). Includes all Summit events except the Basic Leadership Workshop.
- 3-day package: $249/Spouse $219 — With 8 meals (Thursday supper to Sunday breakfast). Includes Thursday evening keynote speaker, Friday scientific sessions, and all weekend events.
- Science Friday only package: $165/Spouse $135 — with 2 meals (lunch and supper). Includes all scientific sessions and vespers. Students with ID: $25 includes all Friday sessions and lunch only.
LATE FEE: $55 late fee added to all packages after October 25.
CANCELLATION POLICY: $30 non-refundable by October 25.
Substitutions are acceptable through November 10, 2011.
