Free hotel shuttle service is available from the Orlando International Airport to the Renaissance Oralndo Hotel-Airport. From the main terminal, take the esculator or elevator to Ground Transportation level. Go to the transportation service kiosk phone and dial the hotel number provided in the lighted display. Indicate which terminal you are at, A or B, and your airline carrier. You will be directed to the shuttle pickup area.
